The Future is Bright!
Hello friends. I haven't seen any of you in quite a while. It will be nice when we all die and can hopefully meet each other in heaven. I think we all wonder "what will heaven be like?"
So I believe it's good to get involved with the church and ministries. I'm trying to use what I've learned at Metro for a small church I attend here in Hamilton called New Hope Church also connected to the New Hope Bike Co-op. In New York I would speak to about 400 kids a week. At New Hope I speak to 5 to 8 kids. If there is one thing I believe I learned at Metro it would be this: "seeing need". There's so much need, so much work that we Christians can do. I'd like to think I'm getting better at knowing what I can handle and finding out what works for me to complete a job or task well. Thing is we can always get better, and to find enjoyment in the process of learning and getting better is vital, I believe.
I'm still involved with city kidz and that is going well. Tomorrow I'm going to be in charge of the bus route I've been volunteering for. I'm hoping it goes well. I keep in mind that "if you fail to plan you plan to fail". Chazawin a preacher from Life Church said that.
So planning is a good thing. I'm planning to do all the Ontarion Downhill races this year and I am extremely excited for that. I'm planning to buy a car or truck and do more bike trips with local kids from the bike co-op. I'm planning to stay faithful to New Hope Church, City Kidz, my Job-Sunrise Construction. I'm planning a trip to New York City in April hopefully (Scott hope to see you!) I'm planning to go to B.C.in the summer-mainly for the purpose of riding my bike with some local riding friends. I'm hoping to finally go to Whistler "mountain bikers heaven" and not die! But I still have to get the mortgage with dirt jumps in my backyard and the girlfriend. Eh Scotty, haha congrats on being engaged buddy!
I actually approached a fine female not to long ago. A girl with great character as much as I can see. The word that came to my mind for her is bright. She is bright! I think I'm going to tell her that..in person sometime. So anyways I approached her, But I guess she isn't feeling the same way about me. Sometimes I'd like to think she'll maybe change her mind, but I'm trying to let it go and respect her response. I still see her sometimes...she's really pretty. I try not to look too much.
Yeah friends overall life, it is good, God is being very good to me, I am blessed! May you also be blessed.
